Our Mission
The mission of Residential Solutions is to provide safe housing and quality day services for individuals challenged with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or cognitive deficits under the supervision of professional and caring staff. At Residential Solutions LLC, we provide a wide range of health care services to patients all throughout the Kansas City area. Our staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality care possible, and are committed to providing you with all the resources you need.

Who We Are
​Residential Solutions was co-founded by father & son, Willie and Brandon Walker in 2005. With his extensive work history with at-risk adolescents, adults with developmental disabilities, and homeless individuals with cognitive deficits, Brandon Walker, Executive Director, recognized the need for safe environments in the community for adults with MRDD and related cognitive deficits. Residential Solutions began with just one group home and just one client, and staffing of only the two co-founders for the first nine months in operation. Currently, Residential Solutions operates eight (8) 24-hour group homes, the Day Service & Enrichment Service Program, and Independent Living Program.
Today, the organization remains committed to providing quality care to each client every day.
